PRENATAL WORKOUTS
  OCTOBER 17, 2018       Friends, I'm back with more maternity stuff!    5.30.17/ 34 weeks +2 days Morning walk with my little love M.S. and baby M.J. in my tummy.       I'm REALLY excited to share the awesome prenatal workouts I did   January - June 2017.  It made a huge difference in my confidence,  health, abilities,  and what it allowed me to do.  Also, because it's accessible, free, and I want you to feel good too!
